FINEXWARE is a German FinTech company operating since 2012. Our main partners are brokers, banks and asset managers.

Since 2022, we have launched a new product - FINEXFOLIO.

It is an investor asset management platform that allows any trader to create their
OWN online hedge fund in one click.

Our clients are traders & asset managers, investors and brokers. Traders buying a license for the platform in order to manage the capital of attracted investors. Investors connect to the investment offers of traders.


Goals of company
We are bringing an asset management platform to the international market. This is a technological B2B product. The platform has three target audiences - traders, investors and brokers.

With the help of the platform, traders will be able to start their own asset management business, and investors will be able to invest in traders' trading strategies.

Brokers serve the trading accounts of traders and investors.

Our main goals for 12 months:

  • Attract traders who already have their own pool of investors to the platform.
  • Attract partner brokers to service client accounts. It is much easier for a trader to start working with our platform if his current broker is already our partner.
The main tasks of the sales manager within the framework of our goals:

  • Convert leads that ordered the demo platform into paying customers.
  • Find new sales channels.
  • Advise leads and clients on all issues related to the platform.
  • Negotiate partnerships with brokers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Build interaction with potential clients throughout the entire transaction cycle: from ordering a demo platform to the first payment and customer retention.
  • Set sales goals and achieve them.
  • Creating of alternative way of sales
  • Develop a sales strategy with the head of marketing.
  • Negotiate partnerships with brokers.
  • Train customers on how to use our platform and answer their questions at the onboarding stage.
  • Collect feedback from the clients actual and potential.
  • Prepare data that will be necessary for sales with marketing manager coordination: sales scripts, presentations, etc.
  • Build end-to-end reporting to sales together with the head of marketing.

Experience

  • From 2 years' experience in sales. It will be a plus if it is B2B sales with a long deal cycle or sales of technological products.
  • Will be a plus Experience in launching sales from scratch: for example, launching a new department or launching a new product to the market.
  • Experience with cold sales will be a plus but not necessity.

Required knowledge and skills

  • English at level C1 is mandatory.
  • Russian language level B2 minimum is a must.
  • Ability to work with the client throughout the entire sales cycle: identifying needs, creating the right expectations from the product, bringing the deal to the end, resolving conflicts, maintaining relationships with key customers.
  • Understanding the psychology of the client, empathy.
  • Ability to compose materials necessary for sales: sales scripts, presentations, reports.
  • Understanding how marketing affects sales.
  • Skills of using CRM system (for example PipleDrive), to implement it to our business.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Responsibility for goals and the ability to achieve results.
  • Independence and ability to make decisions in the interests of the company.
  • Ability to admit mistakes and find solutions.
  • The ability to insist on your point in front of the team and customers
