    We are looking for a SENIOR ACCOUNTANTresponsible for key areas of the international accounting functionin an organization set up in Budapest, The person in this role isalso expected to be a proactive agent of change, makingrecommendations, improvement suggestions and managing any newprocess or tool


    POSITION DESCRIPTION:
    -general accounting of Hungarian business operations (bookingjournal entries, accruals, etc), month-end closing, and related -monitoring and processing supplier invoices, bank and cashtransactions, and travel - preparation of statutory financialstatements under Hungarian GAAP - support Group finance team duringIFRS financial statements preparation, IFRS audits - preparationand submission of tax returns (VAT, CPT, and other obligatoryfilings under local requirements). - payroll calculation andadministration


    COMPETENCIES:
    - from 3years of Senior Accountant experience working under Hungarian GAAP- a profound knowledge of IFRS
    - advanced level of Englishlanguage - experience in the video production business would beconsidered an advantage
