• Represent the brand bycommunicating its values and philosophy though all activities andinteractions with customers and other teammembers.
• Generate sales, while achieving lineand sales targets, using fragrance and ensure all sales andoperational policies are followed.
• Maintain asolid and accurate customer database to build strong relationshipwith customers and create future potential sellingopportunities.
• Promote the Group'sloyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment rate and newcustomer acquisition.
• To have an understandingof brand's online offers andactivities.
• Participate to thebrand's events when required inside or outside the storeand push fragrance sales during events, promotions andlaunches.
• Be flexible to support other storesand team members when required.
• Stay ahead oflatest trends, products and competitors.
