In this role, you will have a direct impact on the lives of cancer patients by facilitating their access to clinical trials. By managing the enrollment process, ensuring patients are properly screened and consented, and overseeing collaborations with clinical trial sites and operational teams, you will help drive critical advancements in oncology treatment. Your efforts will streamline processes and ensure that trials are adequately staffed, maximizing the potential for groundbreaking drug development. As a key player in our partner's mission, you will be instrumental in building effective strategies to improve trial performance and patient outcomes.

    Accountabilities

    • Own the enrollment process from patient matching to trial entry.
    • Coordinate with clinical operations, technology, and customer success teams.
    • Serve as the operational point of contact for clinical trial sites and sponsors.
    • Build and manage enrollment dashboards and track conversion rates.
    • Identify underperforming trials and propose corrective action plans.
    • Manage a small team of Project Managers as the function grows.

    Requirements

    • 5–8 years in clinical trial operations or project management in healthcare.
    • Experience managing complex projects across different cultures and time zones.
    • Strong understanding of oncology clinical trials and patient processes.
    • Proficient in managing relationships with external stakeholders confidently.
    • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting.
    • Structured and deadline-driven project management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguous startup environments.
