    Coordinate student advising andregistration.

    Assist in scheduling classes andcoordinating textbook orders.

    Assist in managingand scheduling events, including printing of promotional materialsand programs.

    Handle phone inquiries and act asdepartment help desk.

    Enter requisitions andmaintenance requests on the system.

    Act ascustodian of documents and records, including database andspreadsheet files.

    Conduct research and compileand prepare statistical reports.

    Perform otherrelated administrative functions as necessary or as directed bysupervisor.
