Description

Our community Manager will:

Be responsible for TikTok community management, maintain a good community vibe and deal with the issues in TikTok (online) community

Follow up live-streamers, help to deal with issues raised by streamers; organize regular PK/ live match

Organize regular event on TikTok community

Result oriented; be responsible for KPI

Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

Build relationships with customers and potential customers

Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)

Hands on experience with social media management for brands

Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels


Education:

BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field


Chinese and English are a must, Arabic is a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent writing skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask


Budget: 7KAED/month + accommodation (in Ras Al Khaimah)


Salary:
From AED7,000.00 per month
