- Consistently engages and interactswith guests of all ages in a professional, educational fun mannerwhile delivering high-quality guest experienceprograms
- Conducts Education Programs forspecial events and daily operations, in coordination with theEducation Support Manager, other Educators, Sales, Marketing, GuestExperiences and Animal Husbandry team.
- Conductsfrequent fact-based animal presentations and guided tours for on,off sight, special events and overnightexperiences
- Works closely with the EducationSupport Manager in order to deliver excellent, transformationalzoological programming, ensures offerings are relevant andcompelling to today's audiences in content anddelivery
- Operates independently with minimalsupervision while providing incredible guest service and innovatingnew experiences
- Initiates interaction withguests to proactively provide animal and information about thePark
- Monitors guests and animal safety incoordination with the Animal Husbandryteam
- Promotes products, services and activitiesto the guests
- Maintains knowledge of the parkinformation, updates and promotions
- Responds toguests queries/complaints with effective resolution under guidancefrom the Education Support manager whenneeded
- Completes all required trainings andmaintains professional development andcompetencies
- Fosters a culture of human andanimal safety; following all safety policies and practices with aknowledge of all appropriate protective equipment in accordance toHSE policy
- Prepares education and tourmaterials and maintains its professionalappearance
- Maintains cleanliness andorganization of the workplace for designatedareas
- Performs other duties asassigned
