    Serves as the single point of contact and focal point for all operational day-to-day matters with external Government entities such as the Department of Finance, Human Resources Department, Electronic Government AuthorityTo design, develop and maintain processes to ensure all internal operations are aligned with Government regulations and policies with regard to HR, Finance and Procurement.

    Prepare status reports for DOF, HR and EGA as required and following the agreed timeline and templatesProvides internal support to all HODs and Directors within the organization to meet their responsibilities and timelinesPrepares the annual budget with the support of all Directors and the Executive DirectorPrepares monthly budget reports in collaboration with the Department of FinanceManages the recruitment and onboarding, and induction processes for all new hiresCoordinates and attend meetings; prepare minutes of meetings, presentations and agendas as requested within the teamCoordinates travel arrangements and logistics for the Department, including scheduling drivers for the organization's staff to events, school inspections, and important meetingsCoordinates all leave arrangements within the Department to support individual staff requests and the overall leave planning cycleManages the annual performance management process within the organization.

    Serves as the single point of contact with the organization to ensure all IT systems and processes are effectively implemented and coordinatedProvides leadership to the Front Office CoordinatorKey Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant experience in medium-sized and large companiesFluent in English (Written and Spoken); Arabic is preferred.

    Excellent interpersonal skills.

    Demonstrated ability to prepare executive correspondence, briefings, agendas, recordings of proceedings and reports from complex materialDemonstrated capacity to organise a high-level workload with competing priorities professionally.
