    Essential Skills &Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in financeor a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience insimilar role, with a focus on the MEA region.
    • Good overall payroll knowledge includingmanual tax & payroll calculations, and statutoryleave
    • Able to work as part of a team as well asindependently.
    • Able to use own initiative andproactive in resolving queries.
    • Ability tobuild relationships within HR and Finance as well as with ouremployees.
    • Strong attention to detail and ableto multi-task effectively.
    • Ability to alwaysmaintain confidentiality.
    • High level ofcomputer skills, including being able to pick up use of newsoftware quickly, and excellent Excel skills including Vlookups,logical formulas and pivot tables.
    • Ability towork calmly and effectively under pressure, and able to meet alldeadlines.
    • Able to listen and act oninstructions promptly.
    • Good sense of customerservice, providing our employees with quick and complete answers totheir queries.
    • Outstanding communication skills(written and oral).
    • Willing to grow into therole and adapt as required.
