- Bachelor's degree in financeor a related field.
- 5+ years of experience insimilar role, with a focus on the MEA region.
- Good overall payroll knowledge includingmanual tax & payroll calculations, and statutoryleave
- Able to work as part of a team as well asindependently.
- Able to use own initiative andproactive in resolving queries.
- Ability tobuild relationships within HR and Finance as well as with ouremployees.
- Strong attention to detail and ableto multi-task effectively.
- Ability to alwaysmaintain confidentiality.
- High level ofcomputer skills, including being able to pick up use of newsoftware quickly, and excellent Excel skills including Vlookups,logical formulas and pivot tables.
- Ability towork calmly and effectively under pressure, and able to meet alldeadlines.
- Able to listen and act oninstructions promptly.
- Good sense of customerservice, providing our employees with quick and complete answers totheir queries.
- Outstanding communication skills(written and oral).
- Willing to grow into therole and adapt as required.
