    Job Description

    The DataFlow Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and ensure our brand is well-represented both internally and externally. This role is critical to our mission of providing impeccable verification and background screening services to clients worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Marketing Manager at The DataFlow Group, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Adhere to overarching marketing strategy and ensure that all activities undertaken by the marketing team supports business goals, driving brand awareness and supporting revenue growth.
    • Lead and inspire a team of direct reports by fostering collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
    • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and PR activities to meet business objectives, ensuring their alignment with The DataFlow Group's brand and messaging.
    • Prioritise marketing initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
    • Develop and manage content for online and offline platforms, including the website, blogs, press releases, social media, emails, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
    • Ensure that content is engaging, relevant, and aligns with our brand and messaging.
    • Provide final approvals for marketing materials.
    • Utilize data and analytics to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in high-impact campaigns, branding and content creation.
    • Proven experience in campaign planning and execution.
    • Strong understanding of online and offline marketing channels.
    • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
    • A self-starter with excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
