    Providing guidanceand technical inputs for all approved plans supervising the dailywork of contracting companies to provide public cleaning servicesfollowing up the implementation of works according to the approvedscope of work and ensuring compliance with the relevant laws andregulations to control and organize performance monitoringprocedures in service areas while adheringto the standards policies and procedures of the department. Ensurethe development of the compliance system and tools of systems anduser equipment develop the best approaches and methods to deal withproject implementation monitoringactivities.

    Directing andmanaging the departments staff in accomplishing theirtasks.

    Define andmonitor the goals objectives and operational programs of thedepartment.

    Prepare reportson the overall performance of the department and submit them to thedirector of thedepartment.

    Review allperiodic reports prepared by the department to ensure that they arecompleted within the specified timeframes.

    Review allservices and work of the department and ensure theirquality.

    Ensure that theperformance of all tasks and the conduct of employees areconsistent with the policies and procedures of the Department ofMunicipalities andTransport.

    Inform theDirector of the Department of the progress of the work listed underhisdepartment.

    Ensure that allresources have the competencies and skills required to perform thedepartmentstasks.

    Review anddiscuss ambiguities and the evaluation process with evaluators ifneeded and approve periodic evaluations of departmentstaff.

    Identify therequired skills and experience and nominate the nominated employeesto attend the appropriate trainingprograms.

    Ensure that thedepartments policies and procedures are documented and adheredto.

    Identifytechnological needs that ensure the efficient and costeffectivedelivery of the departments operations in coordination with theconcerneddepartment.

    Completion ofwork programs on time and taking measuresto correct their course; Determining quality standards for work andensuring that the Departments employees adhere to them analysing and planning thetraining and development needs of employees; Guiding and evaluatingthe performance of the Departmentsemployees.

    Directing theactivities of the departments employeesto ensure the implementation of theapproved policies and procedures for the activities of providing public cleaning services inall regions of the Emirate. This includes defining the tasks of theinspection and followup teams with the team leaders to ensure thatthe work programs are completed on time by reviewing periodicreports on the progress of work and taking measures to correct anyomissions or irregularities; and ensuring compliance with qualitystandards.

    Supervise thepreparation of action plans and monitor performance in the various regions of the Emirate of AbuDhabi. These programs cover general cleaning work in addition toautomatic sweeping and manual sweepingservices for streets tunnels and other public facilities. Inaccordance with the approved frames of reference to achieve thestrategy and objectives of the department in thisregard.

    Approving workprocedures and ensuring that they aredistributed to all teams and providing the necessary advice toteams on methods of implementing planningand coordinating the progress of executive and procedural processesand reviewing the results to ensure that they are in line with theinstructions in force and the instructions issued in this regardincluding adopting procedures to ensure the implementation of compliance control programs andprocesses In the different regions provide the necessary guidancefor the implementation and followup of the progress of operationswithin the concerned groups and review and evaluate the results andperformance to ensure their consistency with the approved policiesdirectives and actionplans.

    Monitor theperformance of the resources used that require technical followupand periodic reports evaluate their performance and approve the necessary adjustments in light offield practices approve the proposals of subordinates to amendtechnical manuals and standard operatingprocedures.

    Supervising andcontrolling the preparation of the departments budget setting workprocedures and methods performance indicators and standards andproposing means of continuous improvement anddevelopment.

    Submit periodicreports that include a presentation of the departments achievementscomparing performance indicators data and statistics obstacles anddifficulties encountered measures taken to overcome them and anysuggestions or recommendations for the development and improvementof work; Enhance community participation by working closely withstakeholders.

    Ensure the continuation of studyand access to developmentsin the field of work in particular to submit proposals to updatework methods and procedures or amend the established work plans andprograms.

    Ensure thedevelopment of the departments database and the necessarysystems.

    Monitoring theperformance of the implementation of contracts by contractingcompanies against contractual obligations and contractsconcluded

    Developcorrective actions to address any recurring problems and review anddevelop business continuity plans andtools

    ManagementSystem Requirements/Certificates in ConcludedContracts

    Monitornoncompliance and breach of contractual terms and ensure theimplementation of criminal procedures with those concerned withproject managementvalues

    Develop a KPImanagement system and sanctions matrices and review the servicedelivery plan anddescription

    Reviewreports recordings data recovery and archivingrequirements and stakeholder satisfactionreports


    Requirements

    Bachelors degreein Business Administration or equivalent preferably a Mastersdegree.

    Minimum 810years of experience in a similar field ofemployment
