Holiday Homes looking for a smart, motivated, accountant with a hotel accounting background.

• As an accountant for the company, your responsibilities include tracking revenue and expenses, organizing financial statements and reports, managing payroll, conducting a financial audit, completing daily financial reconciliation for bookings, and reporting financial information to the CEO. Your duties as a financial analyst for a hotel chain include conducting monthly and daily reports, creating budgets, recognizing ways to cut expenses, forecasting finances using economic trends, ensuring financial compliance, and advising the chain on potential investment and revenueincreasing opportunities.
• Bookkeeping: You will need to record all financial transactions related to the business, such as purchases of hotel amenities, bookings and rental fees, utility bills, and salaries of employees.
• VAT compliance: You will ensure that the business is compliant with all VAT regulations and file tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.

We offer Salary Plus Compensation, yearly bounses and commissions.


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
