Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform day -to -day operation and
maintenance of solar PV plants to ensure optimal system performance.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Carry out preventive and
corrective maintenance of solar PV modules, string combiner boxes, inverters,
transformers, and electrical panels.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Diagnose and troubleshoot
electrical faults, system breakdowns, and performance issues.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct regular inspections,
testing, and monitoring of PV system components, including voltage/current
checks and insulation resistance measurements.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute inverter maintenance
activities such as cleaning, component checks, and firmware updates when
required.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform string testing, I -V curve
analysis, and thermal imaging checks (if trained/certified).<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure proper maintenance of
electrical tools, instruments, spare parts, and equipment.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Document all maintenance
activities, service reports, and fault logs accurately and submit to the
O&M Engineer/Supervisor.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support commissioning activities
for new installations and system upgrades.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow all safety guidelines,
LOTO procedures, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and solar industry
standards.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Respond promptly to emergency
breakdowns and assist in restoring plant operations within minimal downtime.<\/span>
<\/p> Coordinate with site teams, technical staff, and
contractors to ensure smooth O&M operations.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications &
Skills:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum 2–4 years of experience in solar PV O&M or electrical
maintenance (preferred).<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands -on experience working with solar inverters, PV modules, and
electrical distribution equipment.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical
manuals.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with electrical testing
instruments.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good understanding of safety practices and PPE usage.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work in outdoor environments and on elevated structures.<\/span>

(preferred).<\/span><\/p>

under various weather conditions.<\/span>
