Description
Support service for weekly Roadshows

  • Hardware Installation of laptops/desktops/tablets and Hardware peripheral devices (Printer, Scanners etc.) at the Roadshow locations
  • Delivery, Installation and Replacement of PCs, Tablets & Laptops when needed
  • Roll out and support for hardware & software
  • Dismantle & collection of hardware when event finishes and move the hardware to another Roadshow or back to client office
  • Onsite Support & troubleshooting
  • Support Retail shop rollouts & software/hardware support cases
  • Quality of service.
  • Align with centralized service desk

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Pay:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
