Job Purpose:

To review the job cards and to allocate the work to technicians.

Main Accountabilities / Duties:

Monitor the workshop load to ensure maximum utilization of technicians and resources.
Review job cards and allocate the jobs to technicians based on the requisite skills.
Update the system on status of vehicle and monitor the vehicle turnaround time.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and utilization.
Generate and publish reports of work in progress, completed work, awaiting spare parts, ready for delivery and vehicle released.
Initiate job card closure and invoicing.
Monitor the job progress of technicians to ensure that the work is done as per the standard allotted time.
Adhere to the promised delivery time. In case of additional jobs, inform the client accordingly.
Rearrange the revised time on the system and the job card.

. Minimum Requirement (Education / Knowledge, Skills and Experience)

Education: Diploma or Higher Degree.

Experience: Min 3-5 years of experience in the same field. Agency experience as Workshop controller preferred.

Skills: Computer literate with excellent interpersonal skills.
