- Collaborate with variousdepartments to identify their supply needs and develop procurementplans accordingly
- Maintain and update recordsof all purchased products and materials
- Developand maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster positivepartnerships
- Manage inventory levels to ensureadequate stock levels are maintained at alltimes
- Monitor and track delivery schedules toensure timely and efficient delivery of goods andservices
- Conduct regular market research tostay updated on industry trends and changes in pricing andavailability of products
- Maintain compliancewith all relevant regulations and standards, includingSharia-compliance requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience insupply chain management, preferably in the financialindustry
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice and supply chain managementsoftware
- Demonstrated ability to handlemultiple projects and meet tightdeadlines
- Strong analytical thinking andproblem-solving skills
- Knowledge ofSharia-compliant principles and practices ispreferred
