Description

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing fiber laser cutting machines.
Co2 laser Laser Welding and press brake Machines.
Certifications in laser technology or related fields are highly desirable.
Experience working in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry is preferred.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
Fluency in English is required and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
RequirementsBachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in servicing digital printing equipment.
Certifications in relevant digital printing technologies such as HP Indigo or Xerox iGen.
Experience in the printing industry preferably in a customerfacing role.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and support customers.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
Fluency in English and additional language skills are a plus.
