- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Perform regular data cleaning and validation to maintain high-quality customer data
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and implement CRM system enhancements and process improvements
- Generate reports and provide analysis on customer data to support decision-making and improve customer engagement strategies
- Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns and initiatives
- Train and support sales and marketing team members on CRM system usage and best practices
- Previous experience as a CRM Admin Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other CRM software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
