Description

Job Purpose:

To Monitor, control and maintain stock levels of all in flight service (IFS) items, catering, product, retail and reading material, at stock holding locations, oversee their replenishments from suppliers and their redistribution to ensure stock availability in the right quantities, in order to plan and manage the cost of logistics.


Qualifications & Experience:
In-Flight Service


In-flight Catering :

3+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Degree in preferred certification from either APICS or CIPS Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.

Any experience in airline catering will be added advantage.


Knowledge/skills:
Understanding of integrated supply chain and logistic concepts. Analytical and data modelling skills. Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation. Knowledge and experience in planning and forecasting systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Moderate level of knowledge of inventory analysis, product line setups, forecast creation and measurement. Good understanding of escalation paths and trigger points.
