Aboutthe Job:

As a QA Officer thecandidate must have exposure to Audits in Healthcare such as(TASNEEFDOHADHICS etc.) and moreover handlingpolicies compliance KPIs andTQM.

Job Roles &Responsibilities:

• Assistand review the identification and development of requiredprocedures and processes related to qualitymeasures.
• Ensure compliance with federal statelocal and companyspecific regulations related to the quality ofservices KPI and to the proper performance of daytodayactivities.
• Oversee detailed inspections anddocumentation in improving the data collection and submissionprocess.
• Perform quality and spotchecking toensure that the guidelines of authorizing bodies involved are beingfollowed.
• Prepare and maintain quality recordsfor review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal andexternal expectations.
• Performs internal auditof data collected for JAWDA KPI prior tosubmission.
• Aware of the DOH and TASNEEFaudit.
• Lead quality meetings monthly/quarterlyprior to submission and able to identify the root cause of theproblem.
• KPI review corrective action andpreventive measures to be decided by the committee to improve theservice.
• Providing effective leadership inQuality Management
• Coordinate the process ofensuring accreditation standards continue to be adhered to andupgraded as required.
• Maintains continuity ofnursing by documenting and communicating actions and continuingneeds
• Performs other jobrelated duties asassigned.

Qualifications:

• Witha bachelors in any medical background.
• Mastersin hospital administration and management or MBA in HealthcareManagement
• CPHQ Trained orCertified
• At least 3 years experience in thesame position or designation.
• Desirable WithHAAD/DOH License
• With homecare experience as aQuality Officer.
• Joining Immediately ispreferred.
