    Job Description

    We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our project execution, ensuring seamless communication, efficient timeline management, and optimal resource coordination across departments. If you're passionate about keeping projects on track while supporting your team with enthusiasm and transparency, we'd love to meet you

    • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and deliverables
    • Create, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation, plans, schedules, and reports using industry-standard tools and software
    • Manage project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, tracking expenses, maintaining document control systems, and organizing project files
    • Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and proactively recommending solutions to keep projects on schedule
    • Coordinate resources and logistics across departments to support efficient project execution and team collaboration
    • Prepare detailed project reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with professional formatting and analytical insights
    • Track project budgets and expenses, providing accurate cost reports and identifying opportunities for optimization
    • Identify and communicate project risks and issues to leadership, working collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, best practices, and organizational workflows
    • Support team members with administrative needs and provide exceptional customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • University degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
    • 0-2 years of professional experience in a project coordination, administrative, or similar role
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, project dashboards, Microsoft Project)
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Experience with report formatting, data analysis, and presentation development
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
    • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and build positive relationships
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in CAD software is a preferred skill
    • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and customer-focused approach
    • Demonstrated resilience and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with composure and efficiency
