    • Diploma in Engineering fromrecognized institute
    • Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in testing of materials of Project works of similarnature, magnitude, and supervision of roads andstructure.
    • Experience in the construction ofinfrastructure, landscaping and roadprojects.
    • Experience in dealing with emergencyworks and ability to deal with the Public and coordinate withvarious infrastructure Authorities related to theProjects.
    • Must be able to read and interpretplans and specifications and be thoroughly familiar withconstruction-related processes related to the area ofassignment.
    • Knowledge of English grammar andcomposition, the ability to communicate clearly both orally and inwriting; to follow oral and written instructions, prepare writtenmessages and simple charts and graphs.
