    Job Description

    • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor behaviour to develop effective revenue strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional efforts.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive reports highlighting revenue performance and opportunities for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in revenue management.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a Hotel
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
