- Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs to optimize productivity.
- Manage daily operations including staff management inventory and customer inquiries.

- Stay updated on industry trends and train employees accordingly.

- Monitor operational progress and provide regular reports to management.
- Host and lead customer events ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Entertainment & Leisure.
- Experience working with children (ages 012) and families in recreational settings.
- Proficiency in English; bilingualism is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
