Should have basic knowledge about Electrical, Mechanical & change over.

Inspect all equipment and auxiliaries on daily basis for detection of unusual function, sounds and wear conditionsReport immediately to maintenance in-charge/supervisor/manager for appropriate analysis and corrective actionCoordinate with maintenance in-charge/supervisor/manager for the daily activities and maintenance plan scheduleAttend any breakdown affecting production, carry out trouble shooting, and repair in effective resourceful and professional mannerMaintain plant machinery and equipment such as blowing machines, air compressors, chillers, pumps and othersResponsible for safekeeping of maintenance hand tools and equipmentCarry out preventive maintenance of all machines and equipment as per maintenance plan/scheduleInvolvement in installations and other projects given by superiorDaily log and record keeping as per SOPsFollow the production schedule to determine the kind of repair works or PMs can be performed without impacting overall machine efficiencyShould be able to troubleshoot in case of electrical/mechanical process issuesSupport the changeover team if requiredSupport production in daily machine running activities, training will be provided.

Report any issue that impacts overall performance to the superiorProper execution/reporting of all requested reportsFollowing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at any point of timeResponsible for maintenance of LV & HV power room and transformersTroubleshooting and reparation of drives, modules, PLCs and othersResponsible to maintain spare parts room and reconciliation.

Assist/Perform Mechanical maintenance related works

What makes you great

Mechatronic Certificate is preferred.
At least 1-2 years maintenance experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics and electrical trouble shooting.
Basic Knowledge about plastic engineering/manufacturing.

Basic Knowledge of handling production machines, utility and InfrastructureKnowledge of Toolmaking, mechanic or electric/electronic systems in the plastics industryBasic Knowledge of plastics blow moulding or injection moulding equipment, processes and control systems.

Knowledge of setups, troubleshooting and process improvement.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operation SystemBasic Toolmaking, Mechanical or Electric/Electronic knowledgeAbility to work in Day & Night ShiftsMust be able to express ideas by means of the spoken wordMust be able to communicate with others in English language
