The purpose of this job is to undertake the effective writing of the Project documents & provide quality drafting and writing capabilities and support Project Manager in provide the project plans and documents.

In the Middle East, we employ more than 5,500 people across four countries including the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iraq.

Key accountabilities Should be able to write effective Project Management plans, technical reports, notes from the scratch and submit them to the Base Operation Managers review and signature in the agreed timely manner Conduct periodic reviews of the project SOPs, plans Should be able to understand the Quality and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements related to projects Should be able to identify, correct and escalate all non-compliances related to MNW, projects and others works as directed by the line manager Should be able to investigate all non-compliances related to inspections, audits, near misses, incidents, and accidents with-in the department.

Implement immediate corrective actions.

Specific requirements Proficiency in English language (Speaking, Writing and Reading) Background in Civil Construction or Facilities Management Experience working on MS Projects, MS Visio, Auto CAD and CAFM systems.
