    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Conceptualization and Execution:

    • Independently brainstorm and develop innovative campaign concepts aligned with brand objectives.
    • Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring their successful implementation across various platforms.

    Content Creation and Ideation:

    • Independently generate compelling content ideas and produce visual and written assets across digital, print, CRM, and video platforms.
    • Ensure all created content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

    Social Media Management:

    • Manage and maintain brand presence across social media channels independently, including content creation and scheduling.
    • Analyze social media metrics, provide insights, and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement.

    Project Coordination and Reporting:

    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners independently to facilitate seamless campaign executions.
    • Prepare periodic reports independently, analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience). Masters preferred.
    • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
    • Proficiency in using creative software/tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) for content creation is advantageous.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Demonstrated passion for creativity and a keen interest in campaign ideation and social media management.
