- Specifically,you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to thehighest standards:
- Perform all multi-disciplineduties related to General Maintenanceaspect.
- Maintain, monitor, repair and conductroutine preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficientoperation of hotel equipment andmachinery
- Perform basic ability to domaintenance and repair in the following technical areas such as airconditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbingand kitchen equipment
- Must be able to test andtroubleshoot on all types of equipment.
- Conductscheduled preventative maintenance for every equipment inrespective ability
- Must be able to act quicklywhen a breakdown occurs and can estimate how long a shutdown willlast
- Maintain equipment documents for everysingle equipment and review on everymodifications
- Audio/visual equipment andlightings installation
