Responsibilities

• Plan and lead high-energy and dynamic Zumba classes that cater to participants of all fitness levels.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages and motivates participants to achieve their fitness goals.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during classes.
• Educate participants on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize the effectiveness of their workout.
• Develop and maintain relationships with members to support and encourage their fitness journey.
  

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Zumba Instructor certification.
• Previous experience leading Zumba classes is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about promoting fitness and wellness.
• Ability to motivate and engage participants from diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
• Knowledge of different music and dance genres to create a diverse and enjoyable class experience.
