    Job title: Senior Credit Analyst, Real Estate Trust Services

    Job Summary


    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Credit Analyst. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating credit applications, ensuring the bank's credit risk is minimized.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Attend customer queries quickly and efficiently to ensure full customer satisfaction by communicating with customers through various means such as phone calls or emails.
    • Service business accounts including escrow/real estate accounts from account opening to project completion ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions while maintaining effective communication with customers throughout the process.
    • Coordinate with different lenders/borrowers for rollovers according to facility agreements ensuring compliance with regulations and terms specified within these agreements. 


    Candidates must have :
    ​• A minimum Graduate degree (Bachelor's) in relevant field,
    • 2-4 years banking experience.
