    Digital Associate Director

    Position Overview:
    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Associate Director to join our team.

    The Digital Associate Director will play a pivotal role in leading digital strategy development, managing client relationships, and overseeing the execution of digital campaigns to drive measurable results.


    Responsibilities:

    Digital Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape.

    Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, utilizing a mix of channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously optimize digital strategies.

    Client Relationship Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and communication.

    Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on campaign performance, strategy recommendations, and upcoming initiatives. Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to meet client needs and objectives.

    Campaign Execution and Management:

    Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations.

    Work closely with internal teams, including digital marketers, designers, developers, and analysts, to coordinate efforts and optimize campaign performance.

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.


    Team Leadership and Development:
    Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

    Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and monitor progress to ensure the team meets or exceeds client expectations and project deadlines.

    Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and growth.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, client management, and campaign execution. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, tools, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, etc. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both internal teams and clients. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Results-oriented, with a track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable ROI for clients.
