- Research and plan content strategy for engaging social media campaigns, staying ahead of the latest trends.
- Develop and publish captivating posts that promote our brand and resonate with the audience.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely creation of images and videos adhering to global brand guidelines.
- Schedule posts using online schedulers and boost content via ads according to brand strategy.
- Periodical coverage of brand stores through trendy reels, product shoots, and stories
- Build a community by fostering meaningful conversations and responding to audience comments.
- Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.
- Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to enhance personal connections with the audience.
- Analyze social media analytics to measure campaign performance.
- Stay updated on the latest features and offerings of social media platforms.
- Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns.
- Copywriting skills in both English & Arabic.
- Proficient in launching and managing social media ad campaigns is preferred but not compulsory.
- Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with social media post schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, or similar tools.
- Retail or similar experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic customer service skills.
