    Collaborating with end users & understanding the target marketConduct customer SurveyCreate customer journey mapsCompetitor analysisGo To Market strategiesCollaborate & contribute to the marketing strategiesDefining the visionCreate a product road mapKeep product in line with overall business goalsCommunicate to stake holders to understand business objectivesManaging the product backlogCreate list of backlog itemsPrioritize items based on overall strategyConsider needs and objectives of stakeholdersManage scope, budget and time to prioritize projectsMap out dependenciesOverseeing all stages of product developmentContribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprintWork with development team to refine and improve the development processMonitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the processBe accountable for each stage of product development and delivery processReports project progress through each sprintAcceptance of final product and its fit for purpose in the marketStrong working knowledge in running Agile Scrum SDLCExperience in running Feature based product development teamChair Demand Management meetingsContribute towards sprint planningAttend stand-up meetingsChair Sprint Retrospective meetings


    Requirements:
    Product RoadmapAn up-to date product roadmap that is well aligned with technology roadmapStake holders are kept up-to date on progress of current plan and future deliveryA clear project business case is maintained for all projectsProduct DeliveryOwnership of Product delivery for the defined and agreed scope is done on schedule, cost and qualityBoth functional and non-functional requirements are fulfilledProduct Launch & post launchProduct launch planning that includes marketing and sales campaignsKnowledge and Training to Operations and Incident Management teamProduct launch is clearly communicated and planned with all internal and external stake holdersProduct launch reportPost launch Project business case fulfilment reportFinancial Service and/or Banking domain knowledgeExperience in B2C product offeringPossess a understanding of end-to-end experience that is customer-centricIn-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development MethodologyWorking knowledge of product developmentAbility to prioritize effectively through collaboration and cooperationExcellent oral and written communicationAbility to work with small and large cross functional teams using global talentsAnalytical & Problem-solving skillsCreative thinkerAttention to detailsExperience in sales or marketing is an advantageUnderstanding of latest technology trends & design quality standards is an advantage
