Job Purpose


Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by Chairman.

As the Group Operation Manager, he must provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.


Key Accountabilities (Task & Duties)Develop & implement organizational policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and /or business units.

Directs internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria and to preserve the capital funds invested in the enterprise.

Participates in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives.

Directs the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the enterprise.

Develops and establishes operating policies consistent with the company policies and objectives, to provide for capable management succession for those functions/business units falling under his/her responsibility and ensures their adequate execution, Appraises and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically, and reports these results to the Chairman.-Expanding channel business by sourcing new partners as well maintain efficient business relationship with existing partners to enhance probability of business operation.

Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.

Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes.
Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience : - 8 Years in related position and in C level


Education:
Masters Degree - Business Administration, Management, Financial & Accounting.

Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Knowledge of public relations principles and practices. Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to identify and secure funding/revenue sources.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
