    .Key Responsibilities

    1. Speaker Curation & Engagement

    • Curate and showcase influential business leaders, keynote speakers, and industry experts across our global platforms.

    • Conduct extensive research to identify breakthrough topics with viral potential, resonating with diverse global audiences.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to shape themes, content, and narratives for both events and digital products.

    2. Compelling Content Creation

    • Develop captivating content for digital initiatives, including webinars, virtual events, and newsletters.

    • Create engaging narratives for conferences, envisioning storylines that captivate audiences like a blockbuster movie.

    3. Product Development & Launch

    • Drive the creation and launch of commercially viable products, aligning with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    • Cultivate an engaged client community and audience through innovative and relevant content.

    4. Event Portfolio Evolution

    • Highlight the evolution of our event portfolio, showcasing new clients, event additions, and our leadership in key sectors like Cybersecurity, AI, and Blockchain.

    • Showcase our commitment to becoming a business leader in emerging industry verticals.

    5. Global Industry Recognition

    • Produce world-class content that addresses trending, controversial, and under-explored industry topics.

    • Secure high-profile speakers who can drive viral conversations on stage

    Skills & Attributes

    • Strong ability to generate fresh ideas for conferences, content projects, and features.

    • Skilled in conducting interviews and crafting engaging copy for various platforms.

    • Collaborative mindset, working closely with marketing teams to accurately represent speakers and event content.

    • Creative and outside-the-box thinker with a talent for developing thought-provoking agendas.

    • Conduct extensive research to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date with current industry trends.

    Qualifications & Essential Requirements

    • Experience in conference production is preferred, though exceptional candidates will receive thorough training.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
