Responsibilities:

Logistics Management:
Oversee all logístical aspects of the parties, including venue selection, decor, catering, entertainment, and transportation arrangements.

Budget Management:

Ensure parties are planned within the allocated budget, negotiating with vendors to secure the best deals while maintaining high-quality standards.

4.


Vendor Coordination:
Source and collaborate with various vendors, entertainers, and suppliers to meet party requirements and ensure smooth operations.

5.


Attendee Engagement:
Devise strategies to actively engage conference participants in the party events, encouraging participation and creating a lively atmosphere.

6.


On-Site Execution:
Manage on-site party operations, coordinating with event staff, and overseeing event setup, entertainment, and participant interactions.

7.


Safety and Compliance:
Implement health and safety measures during parties, ensuring the well-being of attendees and adherence to legal regulations.

8.


Post-Event Evaluation:

Gather feedback from participants, vendors, and team members to assess the success of parties and identify areas for improvement.
