Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

ERP System Development: Design, develop, customize, and implement ERP software solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing programming languages, frameworks, and ERP modules.

Customization: Customize ERP modules and functionalities to align with specific business processes, workflows, and industry standards.

Database Management: Manage and optimize ERP databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, user manuals, and system architecture diagrams for ERP solutions.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on ERP systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.

Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks for ERP development projects.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance ERP systems and optimize business processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an ERP Developer or similar role, with a strong background in ERP system development, customization, and implementation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or others commonly used in ERP development.
Indepth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Experience with ERP modules such as finance, supply chain management, human resources, and manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate) is a plus.

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
