Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage all logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and catering.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators, suppliers, and vendors to ensure all logistics are in place for successful event execution.
  • Plan and organize event schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to client requirements and company policies.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible rates and services.
  • Oversee the transportation and delivery of event materials, equipment, and supplies to event venues.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess venue suitability and ensure logístical arrangements meet event requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving logístical issues and challenges that may arise during events.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to event logistics, including budgets, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management and logistics.
