TheSenior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing theendtoend recruitment process from sourcing candidates to closingoffers. They will work closely with hiring managers to understandtheir staffing needs and provide strategic recruitmentsolutions.
Responsibilities

• Identifyand develop client/businessrelationships
• Collaboratewith clients to define recruitment needs and create jobdescriptions
• Sourcescreen and interviewcandidates
• Managecandidate relationships and provide a positive experiencethroughout the recruitmentprocess
• Negotiateoffer terms and closecandidates
• Utilizevarious recruitment tools and techniques to attract toptalent
• Networkingto build business information that can be converted into commercialopportunities
• Advisingon and selling the most appropriate solution for attractingcandidates and maintaining a candidatedatabase
• Maintainaccurate and uptodate candidate records in the recruitmentdatabase
• Stayinformed of industry trends and best practices inrecruitment
• Managementand training of junior Recruitment Consultants &resourcers

Skills& Experience

• Minimum3 years' proven experience as a 360recruiter
• Understandingof sourcing and recruitingtechniques
• Astrong and proven track record in sales networking and/or clientdevelopmentabilities
• Excellenttime management and organisationalskills
• Strongcommercial businessacumen
• Apassionate desire to succeed and build a successfulcareer
• Awinningmentality
• Theability to overcome objection and bepersistent

• BasicSalary 15000 – 20000 AED pm depending onexperience
