Description
Communicating with engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings

  • Liaising with engineers to gather structural requirements and designs
  • Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings.
  • Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications.
  • Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow.
  • Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.
  • Preparing authority approval drawings.
  • Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
  • Prepare variations of design.
  • Prepare drawings and topographical relief maps to be used in highways, bridges, pipelines, floodcontrol projects, and water and sewage systems.
Essential

  • Drafting background and suitable qualifications
  • Proficient in the use of
    AutoCAD & MicroStation:
  • Experience using MS Office package
  • Ability to produce clear and informative production drawings and technical information Works systematically to ensure completion of tasks to meet deadlines and clients expectations
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively priorities workload
  • Proficient as a team player with excellent communication skills, but also able to work on own initiative

Salary:
AED4, AED6,500.00 per month
