• Leading the analysis of the target company & its relevance for the shared project (synergies with Decathlon)
• Leading the negotiations together with the operation leader, properly anticipating the future (capital increase, human moves, integration...) while creating a robust relationship of trust with the current leaders of the target company
• Leading & animating the due diligence together with the operation leader
• Providing a finalized investment memo with your recommendation
• Leading the preparation and presentations to all our governance institutions (Decathlon and shareholders)
• You might be a board member of some of the companies we invest in
• In addition to that, as a member of the team, you will contribute to the strategy & action plan of the overall team to increase our value creation.
• You have a proven international M&A leadership experience of at least 10 years in a multi-brand company.
