- Check the elevations the setting outand rest of survey work by the contractor are required to ensureaccuracy.
- Advise the Resident Engineer andrecommend actions concerning constructionsurveys.
- Maintain the construction surveys andquantity records as per the REinstructions.
- Perform the initial baseline andcontrol surveys including the establishment of benchmarks andrecovery of any existing survey monuments to be removed at thestart of the project as directed by the RE.
- Undertake design project from concept tocompletion
- Define project requirements andschedule during the brief
- Interpret andtranslate customer needs into rough plans
- Setcosts and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and productssourcing
- Produce sample and moodproducts
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers decorators architects andconstructors
- Research and follow industrychanges evolutions and best practices
- CandidatesMUST be immediately available and currently based in theUAE
- Technical diploma in civil engineering orequivalent
- Five years of relevant workexperience on infrastructure projects.
- Minimumof 5 years UAEDubai experience ispreferred.
- Good written and oral communicationorganizational and interpersonal skills as well as a demonstratedability to interact effectively with project personnel andmanagement.
