    About therole:

    They are looking foradditional legal support to add experience to their team, someonewho can take the lead with the contracting process and who canmanage the real estate development process from A to Z and knowswhat and who should be involved when it comesto:

    • SPA drafting /signing / attesting
    • Which authority approvalsare required
    • What the set of contracts shouldbe prepared to close the deal (buy land plots, sell residentialunits, manage the operations in the building andetc).

    The idealcandidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legalsupport, particularly in navigating the intricacies of thecontracting process and overseeing the entire real estatedevelopment lifecycle. Arabic speaking skills would be stronglybeneficial to deal with local authorities and courts. A goodcandidate would have experience in similar companies, who hasworked with the DIFC authorities, who has some corporate knowledgeof structure and governance and can support our agreements. Theyneed the experience necessary to scale with the business and guidefrom the current situation to where we intend to be in severalyears.

    Requirements:

    • UAE/ GCC experience, in small to medium sizedcompanies.
    • Real estate, construction, or brokerbackground.
    • Luxury and high-cost real estatemarket knowledge.
    • Very good, presentableEnglish and Arabic speaking.
    • In-depthunderstanding of local governing bodies and regulatoryentities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills ormanagement experience.
    • UAE Federal AML, CTF andCPF legislation.
    • Experience and exposure to theReal Estate and Construction Market.
    • 1 monthnotice period.
