Description
We are a Digital Marketing Agency. You will work as an administrator under CEO. You will be helping CEO with everyday tasks.

Your duties will cover in general:

  • HR support: Maintaining clear files for each staff; Processing requests such as vacation requests.
  • Sales support: Developing proposal; Providing the sales with quotations and sales proposals as per the request.
  • Purchase support: Communicating with suppliers; Following up to get the required papers from them. Secure production schedules and shipping dates with them.
  • Secretarial tasks: Filing and preparing documents on the proper format. It includes photo editing using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Other related tasks.


To be able to do the above, you need to be proficient in English in writing and speaking MS Office.

You will also need to show familiarity with Excel.

Plus points for:
knowing photoshop, familiarity with HTML, HR background,

You will be tested on the skills required.

The salary offered is inclusive of all benefits.


Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
