Job Description:

• Leading the development of our technology strategy and roadmap
• Managing and mentoring our technology team
• Ensuring the delivery of highquality products and services
• Collaborating with other teams to integrate technology across the organization
• Evaluating new technology and trends to stay ahead of the curve
• Managing our technology budget and resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
• Experience leading the development of complex software systems
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies
• Proven track record of delivering highquality products and services
• Experience managing and mentoring technology teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a proptech or fintech company
• Knowledge and experience in utilizing and implementing blockchain technology and artificial intelligence in business systems.
