    Marketing Supervisor Job Description

    We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to oversee all digital and social media marketing activities, paid advertising campaigns, and content management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Social Media & Content Management: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create, manage, and optimize engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, etc.) to align with brand identity and objectives. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to improve customer engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance social media performance.
    2. Paid Advertising & Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates. Monitor key metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions, ROAS) and adjust campaigns accordingly. Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
    3. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools. Generate monthly reports detailing campaign performance, engagement, and key insights. Recommend improvements based on data-driven analysis.
    4. Offline Marketing & Special Projects: Support offline marketing initiatives, including trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and printed ads. Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and vendors for branding and advertising needs. Execute additional marketing projects as requested by management.
    5. Brand Management & Strategy: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Research and identify new market opportunities and trends.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    2. 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, and content management.
    3. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital analytics.
    4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
    5. Experience with social media scheduling tools and marketing automation platforms.
    6. Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
    7. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
    8. Experience in the logistics, shipping, or automotive industry is a plus.
