About The Role
We are on a look out for an enthusiastic training professional specialized in high volume aquatic operations

As Manager, Training you will be responsible for designing, rolling out and measuring training functions for all lines of business within the Marine and Waterpark Division.

This role serves as the lead point of contact and supervision for all job specific training in the division along with L&D supported initiatives for global learning.

With the support of Assistant Manager, Training you will monitor and anticipate training needs, identify gaps and implement learning programs for a diverse group of up to 1,000 colleagues, with the main focus being guests and colleagues safety as well as highest level of service.

Manager, Training will also assist with operational needs should it be deemed necessary.
