Trading

  • Monitor material ageing reports and collaborate with sales teams to drive product sales and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify fastmoving scaffolding materials and stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
  • Research and understand the global market, identifying potential suppliers and negotiating favorable terms and conditions for procurement which includes managing contracts and agreements to ensure consistent and reliable supply.
  • Source scaffolding materials from international suppliers, considering factors such as quality, price, delivery time, and sustainability by maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, to align procurement strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate the transition period during material imports, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and arranging necessary documents.
  • Monitor the flow of Inventory and ensure the system stock level is matching with actual.
  • Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve overall supply chain performance. Example Demurrage charges.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, conduct periodic supplier audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure full support to Sales team in aspect of providing pricing within the day itself.

Contracting & Rentals

  • Develop strategies in minimizing the crosshire materials and proper utilize of own materials
  • Monitor the ageing period of cross materials and take necessary steps on timely return of materials.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Procurement: 5 years (required)
