As a Listing Officer, your main responsibility will be to effectively manage and optimize Holiday Homes property listings across various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and profitability.

Our client is looking for an ideal candidate with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate, hospitality, or tourism sector.

The candidate should have a successful track record in property listings and a deep understanding of market trends.

Requirements

Preferred bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.

Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in the real estate, hospitality, or tourism industry, with a focus on listing management or property marketing.

In-depth familiarity with various online holiday home rental platforms and channels, including Airbnb, , Expedia, VRBO, Bayut, Property Finder, and others.

Proficiency in implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, enabling the management of multiple listings simultaneously.
Possesses an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
Proficient in utilizing relevant software and tools, including property management systems, content management systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
