Duties and Responsibilities1st point of contact and response for employee queries by email and phoneWhen required, attending hearings and reviews between line managers and employees to provide procedural adviceInput data, produce basic reports and present information using the interim HR SystemMonitor, advise, review and co-ordinate activities relating to a specific shared service team areaMaintain, improve and develop filing systems according to the need of the teamEnsure that all documents are filed quickly and correctly in the relevant systemContribute to successful team workingBuild and maintain relationships and effective communication channelsUndertake specific activities relating to the assigned area Job Category Human Resources
